I was watching the Pro Bowl Challenge on ESPN, and they had this alumni game going between Dan Marino's team and Steve Young's team (anyone see that?)

ok Tebow is a dang good player and pretty much everyone seems to think so...bout the only person ive seen criticize the guy is this kid
i dunno...but im pretty sure ill take the word of basically every college coach (Meyer, Shula, Paterno, Carroll, Bowden, Spurrier) over the opinion of a high school kid...and this guy isnt gonna be flawless, he's in high school afterall...even LeBron had some knocks on him in high school (no jumper, which is the equivalent of not throwing a spiral every time, although even that has yet to be seen, the guy throws a good ball) and this kid definitely isnt about to impact football like LeBron did bball...he is THE best qb in the nation including Mustain...Jimmy Clausen even has some knocks on him as well...it doesnt mean either will be bad qb's...actually both will be VERY productive on the next level but theyre gonn ahve flaws....why??? because theyre HUMAN...go pick ANY high school football player and tell me they dont have a flaw and ill take a dump in your lunch box...because thats how much your opinion will be worth if you truly believe that

In all seriousness, why go to UF to try and develop as a passer?

Tebow with his skills would FLOURISH in our pro-style, but will end up like Leak in the UF WAC Urban Meyer TOY offense.
i dont doubt he'd become a better qb in another system, but that decision isnt mine and i can see the positives of playing for florida especially with his skill set at this point
but that also doesnt mean he cant become a good qb at florida
Im sorta interested to see what Stafford will do in Georgia's offense. I think hes still listed as the #1 qb for drop back passers. It appeared to me that Georgia is better with a guy like Shockley than they were with Greene all those years. If Stafford turns out better than Greene then my opinion might be a bit different.
Has anyone noticed how rivals and the other publications dont even scout the players for their rankings. The rating system is just based upon how many offers a kid gets. Miami got a verbal from a kid that was a 2 star, 2 days later he was a 4 star. These companies might have interesting articles but they are a joke when it comes to rating these guys. Lemming's is the worst of them all, Lorenzo Booker confirmed what others knew, he recruits for notre dame.
